NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM MACK METHOD LLC OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES, SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MACK METHOD LLC FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
